Cottage food disclosure

Dryspell Foods, LLC is registered with the Arizona Department of Health Services under the Arizona Cottage Food Program, Registration #CF-124807

This product was produced in a home kitchen that may come in contact with common food allergens and pet allergens and is not subject to public health inspection.

Allergens

Our kombucha is produced in a home kitchen where common food allergens may be present. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Full ingredients are listed on every bottle and on the product page.

Alcohol content

Our kombucha is a non-alcoholic fermented beverage containing less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. Kombucha continues to ferment slowly; refrigeration keeps alcohol content stable and below this threshold. Keep refrigerated at all times.

Returnable glass

Dryspell Foods, LLC supplies its kombucha in returnable glass bottles that remain the property of Dryspell Foods, LLC. Returned bottles are washed with food-grade detergent, sanitized and inspected before being placed back into service; bottles that fail inspection are permanently retired. Closures and gaskets are inspected each cycle and replaced on a fixed schedule.

Product labeling

Every bottle carries the preparer name and registration number, full ingredient list, net contents, production date and the disclosures above.

Sales area

Under Arizona cottage food law we sell and deliver only within Arizona, directly to the consumer. We deliver to selected ZIP codes in the Phoenix metro.
