The base, in descending order by weight

Purified water, grain sugar, loose leaf Camellia sinensis tea, live kombucha culture. Flavour fruits and herbs vary by batch: cherry, fennel, mango, honey, apple, mint, nectarine, lime, blueberry, peach, sage, carrot, orange, habanero pepper. The sugar is food for the culture.

How it reaches you, and what happens if it goes wrong.

Every bottle is 32 oz of reusable swing-top glass. You pay a deposit once. We strive for zero waste, circular economics, and creating Kombucha magic without straining the natural balance. Leave the empties in the crate by your door on delivery day. Stop your order and the deposit comes back with the last pickup.

When You do not pick a date. Your first delivery is by the first Thursday ten days after you order; Your delivery may come earlier than expected — that means your Kombucha is ready and we won't make you wait.
Where select Phoenix Metro ZIP codes. We deliver your bottles ice cold. If you aren't home, it's best to leave an empty cooler out, and put your bottles in the fridge when you return, since the carbonation can cause a foamy bottle and mess if it's not chilled when opened.
