About us

Dryspell Foods, LLC is an Arizona limited liability company operating a home-based cottage food business in Phoenix, Arizona under the Arizona Cottage Food Program, ADHS Registration #CF-124807. "Dryspell Kombucha" is our brand.

Our product

We produce non-alcoholic kombucha, a fermented tea beverage containing less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. It is unpasteurized, contains live cultures and must be kept refrigerated.

Kombucha is not suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, nursing, immunocompromised or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before consuming fermented foods. Our product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older with a delivery address inside our Arizona delivery area.

Standing orders and automatic renewal

By placing a standing order you authorize Dryspell Foods, LLC to charge your payment method automatically at the frequency you chose — every week, two weeks, three weeks or month — until you cancel, at the price shown at checkout. Each renewal is charged before its delivery, by a lead of 5 to 12 days depending on your frequency, so that your batch can be brewed to order.

You may cancel at any time from your standing order page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We will notify you in advance of price changes, and you may cancel before they take effect.

Glass bottles

Bottles remain the property of Dryspell Foods, LLC at all times. Your deposit secures them; it is not a purchase.

You agree to leave bottles out for collection on delivery days and to return all bottles in your possession, in usable condition, on cancellation. If unreturned bottles exceed your set, your deposit is applied to cover the loss and a replacement deposit is added to your next order.

Bottles are glass — handle with care, do not freeze, and do not use them for other purposes.

Changes to your standing order

You may change your bottle count or frequency, skip a delivery or pause at any time from your standing order page. Changes take effect from your next charge.
