Our product is a live culture and it's important to us that it's still working when it reaches you. No pasteurisation, stabilisers or added carbonation. The culture does the work.
The base, in descending order by weight
Purified water, grain sugar, loose leaf Camellia sinensis tea, live kombucha culture. Flavour fruits and herbs vary by batch: cherry, fennel, mango, honey, apple, mint, nectarine, lime, blueberry, peach, sage, carrot, orange, habanero pepper. The sugar is food for the culture.
How it reaches you, and what happens if it goes wrong.
Every bottle is 32 oz of reusable swing-top glass. You pay a deposit once. We strive for zero waste, circular economics, and creating Kombucha magic without straining the natural balance. Leave the empties in the crate by your door on delivery day. Stop your order and the deposit comes back with the last pickup.
